In three days, the Tour de France stage leaves from the Allianz Riviera

The third stage of the Tour will leave from the Allianz Riviera on Monday 31 August at 12:10 pm, heading for Sisteron. As you can see in the attached photos, everything is ready to welcome the cyclists in and around the stadium.
 
This 198 km stage was described by Christian Prudhomme, the Tour director, as follows:
The sweet scents of Grasse will send the cyclists on their way down the back roads of the countryside north of Nice. They will then take the Route Napoleon, facing many fewer obstacles than the Emperor upon his return from the Island of Elba. The last flat stretch in view of the Sisteron Citadel is made-to-order for teams of sprinters.
