Introducing visits for the general public

After 8,000 people were able to explore behind the scenes at Allianz Riviera on 21 September 2014 as part of the first anniversary celebrations for the Côte d'Azur's new stadium, the Plaine du Var's new multi-purpose jewel is opening its doors to the general public.

Allianz Riviera is home to OGC Nice and has already hosted matches with the RC Toulon rugby team and the French national football team, plus many corporate events and a classical music concert. This tour will allow people to explore backstage areas that are usually off-limits to the general public.

In the footsteps of the players and journalists Visitors to Nice's eco-stadium will be able to enter the sports area through the players' lobby and thus get access to the OGC Nice changing room, which has also been used by RC Toulon and the national football team. The press conference room and press room will be accessible, so visitors can experience things from a journalist's point of view. The programme also includes access to the sidelines, for a seat on the team bench. After walking along the stadium's inner walkway (a special feature of Allianz Riviera), the tour will end with a visit to the Presidential Lounge and a private box.

Visits for everyone The first tour for members of the public is scheduled for 2PM on Wednesday 10 December 2014. Reservations (€10 for adults, €8 for children, students and OGC Nice season-ticket holders, free for under-5s) can be made on-line through our website Allianz-Riviera.fr

Groups (maximum 20 people) who would like a tour of Allianz Riviera (which can be combined with a visit to the French National Sport Museum) can contact the stadium by e-mail (visites@allianz-riviera.fr) with details of their request (day and time, number of people, type of visit, etc.).
