As part of their preparations for the 2018-2019 campaign, the English team Chelsea will be facing off with the Italians of the Inter Milan for a fixture match on Saturday, July 28 at 8:05 pm at the Allianz Riviera.
This match is part of a friendly pre-season tournament, the International Champions Cup, which is held on three continents – North America, Asia and Europe – and organized by the media/sports/entertainment group, Relevent. This competition showcases the most prestigious European clubs – Bayern Munich, Juventus de Turin, Atletico Madrid, FC Barcelona, and more – and will be taking place for the first time in France, at the Allianz Riviera.
Chelsea FC, who finished 5th in the Premier League this year, will be hosting the FC Internazionale Milano Milan, 4th in the Serie A - a high profile match equal to any of the biggest European championships. Out of 5 previous matches (across all competitions), the English team has won twice and the Italians 3 times – so the stakes are high, guaranteeing an intense match that’s up for grabs.
