Another view of #OGCNRCL

Last Saturday May 16th, OGC Nice had a date with history. For on that day the club was on the Allianz Riviera pitch hosting Racing Club de Lens for the season’s last home game. In addition, the Gym was celebrating the close of festivities surrounding the club’s 110-year anniversary, which have been going on throughout the entire season.

So the Aiglons have fulfilled their obligations on two levels:

-          Claude Puel’s team demonstrated true combativeness to land their 2 to 1 victory against Antoine Kombouaré’s lineup. The Aiglons, who were masters of their fate in ensuring that they upheld their place in League 1, were realistic enough in front of the goal to win the day.

-          The free events provided in partnership with the National Sports Museum (see the previous article by clicking here) and especially the presence of more than 50 “Aiglons Alumni” at a dedication ceremony in the museum were a great way to close this sporting season.

Make it a date in early August to attend OGC Nice’s first match for the 2015/2016 season.
